About us
Practical software and AI systems, built with care.
Axelyn is a small independent software studio helping businesses use existing systems, customize workflows, build new apps, and launch apps properly. The focus is simple: understand what needs to work, build it clearly, and make sure it is ready for real use.
Who we are
Axelyn is an independent software studio focused on practical software and AI systems for real business work.
We help businesses use existing systems, customize them around their workflow, build new apps, and bring existing apps online properly. The work is guided by one idea: software should be useful, clear to manage, and ready for real use after launch.
Axelyn is led by Amin, a software engineer who works across product, backend, deployment, and AI assisted workflows. That means every project is shaped with both the business problem and the technical setup in mind.
We are small by design, so every project gets direct attention, clear communication, and a practical path from idea to launch.
Journey
Built through real projects, production problems, and a steady push to make software useful.
Axelyn did not start as a polished agency story. It came from building real projects, dealing with unclear requirements, solving production problems, and learning the difference between software that only works once and software a business can actually use.
2024
Software engineering, freelance work, and first real builds
I graduated in Software Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and started freelancing while building real applications for clients and early product ideas. The work began with a Grab-like mobile application using Flutter, then moved into the first version of Monitorscape, a platform built to track public affairs updates and documents.
During that time, I also started paying closer attention to how software feels, not just how it works. I studied UI, UX, and web aesthetics while continuing to build stronger backend systems. That balance became important to how I build today: software should work properly, but it should also feel clear, polished, and easy for people to use.
2025
Deeper systems, AI pipelines, and Monitorscape
I continued working on Monitorscape and later became a co-founder. The work grew beyond normal web development into scraping engines, document processing, AI ingestion pipelines, summarization, categorization, and systems that turn large amounts of public information into something easier to review.
This was where the direction became clearer. AI is useful when it is connected to real data, real workflows, and proper system design. Not just chat prompts. Not just demos. Useful AI needs structure, validation, deployment, and a way for people to trust the output.
2026
Axelyn was founded
I started Axelyn to help businesses own software and AI systems they can control. The first focus was helping people bring fast-built apps into production properly, especially apps that worked locally but were not ready for real users.
From there, Axelyn expanded into practical software and AI systems, including e-commerce work for Pastelocity, private system setup, production launch support, and scraping infrastructure for Romanian public institution data.
Now
Practical software and AI systems for real business use
Axelyn now focuses on helping businesses use existing software and AI systems, customize them around their workflow, build new apps, and bring existing apps online properly.
The goal is simple: build software that is useful, clear to manage, and ready for real use. AI can be part of it, but it has to serve the business, not distract from it.
Career Journey
A personal path shaped by real builds, hard lessons, and practical software work.
Axelyn did not start from a big agency story. It started from building real projects, learning how systems break, and understanding what businesses actually need after the first version is built.
